1/2 ripe banana
2 tablespoons oatmeal
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Add the egg and mix well.
Add the oatmeal, whole wheat flour, milk, coconut oil, and baking powder and mix until homogenous.
Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mug (preferably with a capacity of 300ml).
Place the mug in the microwave for 3 minutes at medium power.
Remove the mug from the microwave and let it cool a bit before serving.
Tip: you can add fresh or dried fruit to the cake mixture before putting it in the mug to give it an even more special flavor. You can also make this recipe with other types of fruit, such as apples, papaya, or avocados. Give it a try!
